A Second Quality item is a product with a slight imperfection or manufacturing defect. The defect does not affect the functionality or durability of the piece. The imperfections may include, but are not limited to:
Small marks, blemishes, fabric slubs, or discoloration from textile manufacturing. Can be ultra-fine, isolated specks of mechanical dust or tiny fragments of an alternative color of fabric woven among the primary color. Can be present exclusively on the back side, and the front may be in perfect condition.
Loose thread fused between layers of fabric. These often occur within 1" from the outer edges of the mat. Occasionally, very small fragments of thread or lint less than 1/2" in length can be fused within the layers potentially causing a tiny, wrinkle-like or bubble defect in any part of the mat.
Excessive texture or fiber creasing in Textured Velvet fabric from fabric mill defect. Could be a single, faint crease running throughout the mat, or can be a consistent but excessive texture effect throughout the entire fabric face.
Front and back may still be in perfect condition, but overall dimensions could be up to 1/2” smaller than standard product size.

Spot clean with a mild, eco-friendly detergent, or dry clean as needed.
Each order is packaged in an eco-friendly recycled paper tube containing one cardboard core for proper storage of your mats.
